Hi!  I'm Jennifer of Reds Pet!  For six years, I had the pleasure of working closely with Dr. Timothy Hovanec in his research lab.  This experience has made me a believer in Dr. Tim's products and I'm proud to offer the full line of his aquarium products.  These are products based on serious science, carefully formulated with the best ingredients and quality control measures to help maintain a happy healthy habitat for your valuable aquatic friends. 

Because we at Reds Pet have a solid understanding of the products we sell, we take great care in how we store and ship our live products, ensuring you get the quality product you ordered.  While other stores don't take any quality measures or monitor whether your products are too cold or hot, we keep our live products in temperature controlled storage until they ship to you.  And we don't stop there.  Our live products are shipped in temperature controlled containers ensuring the quality and vitality of your live nitrifying bacteria.
